For the coming season, our 4-person Deluxe Chalets are getting a fresh new look with new sofas and dining chairs. In our 6-person Family Chalets, we're replacing the double beds with comfortable single box-spring beds. We're also making improvements to our digital facilities. All studios and chalets will have their own Wi-Fi router, so you can enjoy a better Wi-Fi connection during your stay.
2-person Deluxe Log Cabin
Our camping cabins Merel and Specht are getting a complete makeover! We're converting them into luxury 2-person accommodation with comfortable box-spring beds and their own kitchenette. They'll soon be available on our website as 2-person Deluxe Log Cabins.
Three new comfort pitches
There's plenty happening on the campsite itself too! At the beginning of October, chalets 97 and 98 were removed. No new chalets will be placed in these spots. Instead, together with the existing pitch 96, we're creating three spacious comfort pitches. Lovely, spacious camping pitches with an area of artificial grass, close to the sanitary building and with a sandpit and play equipment right outside. Ideal for families with young children!
We're also giving several private sanitary units new poured floors and a fresh coat of paint on the door frames.
Dogs welcome in two more family chalets
From 2027, dogs will also be welcome in our 6-person Family Chalets Vos and Das (on pitches 115 and 116). We're adapting the verandas so that both our guests and their four-legged friends can fully enjoy their holiday.
Even better informed during your stay
During the new camping season, we'll continue to keep you up to date with the latest news, fun activities and important announcements through our Camping de Berken app.
Prefer not to use an app? No problem! Next season, we're also introducing a compact guest magazine and installing digital information screens in both sanitary buildings and at reception. These will display up-to-date information and any changes to the activity programme. That way, you'll always be well informed during your stay!
