During the 2026 camping season, we will be upgrading several comfort pitches at Camping de Berken. These improvements provide more space, greater ease of use and a pleasant layout. This allows you to enjoy even more comfort on our green and peaceful nature campsite.
Artificial grass on pitches 102 up to and including 105 and 110
On comfort pitches 102 up to and including 105 and pitch 110, a section of artificial grass will be installed near the awning or canopy. This creates a neat, level and durable surface that remains comfortable even in changing weather conditions. It also makes the outdoor area tidy and low maintenance.
Improved cable TV and electricity connections
On several comfort pitches, the cable TV and electricity connections will be relocated. As these pitches have a fixed layout, the new positions allow guests to use their television and electricity connections more easily, without long or awkward cables. This improves both ease of use and the overall appearance of the pitch.
More spacious pitches 61 and 62 thanks to new parking facilities
Comfort pitches 61 and 62 will each receive a separate parking space for the car. This creates additional space on the pitch itself, resulting in a calmer and more spacious setting. Guests can arrange their camping equipment and outdoor area more comfortably.
Larger pitches 63 and 65
Comfort pitches 63 and 65 will be significantly enlarged, as each pitch will incorporate part of a former play area. This provides more space for the camping unit and allows the car to be parked directly on the pitch. This increases both convenience and privacy.
Quiet field without play facilities from pitch 59 up to and including 66
As the play area is relocated to the nature camping field, the character of the field from pitch 59 up to and including 66 will change. This area will become a quiet camping zone without play facilities. Ideal for guests who value peace, relaxation and a natural environment.
Planning of the works
The works will be carried out outside the camping season and, weather permitting, will be completed before the start of the 2026 camping season. This ensures guests can immediately benefit from the renewed comfort pitches.
